Plant-based, mineral, transparent
What goes into Halalsabun — and what stays out.
We list every ingredient. No surfactants without disclosure, no animal-derived hidden helpers, no fragrance you cannot trace. Below: what is in it, what is not, and how it works.
Made with care
Our dishwasher tablets are not only designed and developed in the Netherlands — they are produced here too.
We work with local production partners who meet the highest quality and environmental standards. Short transport lines mean lower CO2 emissions, faster delivery and direct quality control.
From ingredient to finished product: 100% made in the Netherlands.

What's in Halalsabun
A short list of plant-based and mineral ingredients — every one disclosed.
- Sodium carbonate — natural cleaning mineral (washing soda)
- Sodium percarbonate — oxygen bleach; cuts grease and breaks down stains
- Sodium citrate — plant-based water softener
- Plant enzymes (amylase, protease) — break down starch and protein
- Sodium silicate — protects glassware and metal

What stays out
Just as important as what we put in is what we leave out.
- No pork or animal-derived ingredients
- No alcohol
- No palm oil
- No phosphates
- No fragrances or dyes
- No microplastics (per ECHA / EU 2023/2055)
So your dishes — the ones that touch halal food — stay truly pure.

How it cleans
One tablet, three jobs:
Oxygen bleach lifts grease and breaks down food stains. Plant enzymes handle starch and protein residues. Plant-based water softener prevents limescale, so no separate salt is needed in most regions.
Drop one tablet in the main detergent compartment, choose your cycle, and you are done.
Every ingredient on the label. Every excluded ingredient on the label too.
